About Me

My name is Gonçalo, a portuguese Computer Science student from Técnico Lisboa. During my course, I've participated in various projects ranging from writing software for a Formula student car to being lead backend engineer of the web application for one of my university's event. I also did some other Fullstack/Cloud related side-projects where I worked with technologies and platforms such as NextJS, NestJS, Google Cloud Platform, Kubernetes, Spring, Istio, Kong Gateways and many others.
Currently, I'm more focused on topics related to Cloud solutions and services. I'm also contributing to Envoy open-source project(Istio sidecar) used by companies like Google, Uber, Netflix or Microsoft.
